There could be a 98 Fairmont Ghia going on sale soon(deceased estate) and I am just wanting to know what interest would there be in it and what would it be worth. The car has a Tickford motor and only done 77,000 klm. The person who owned it has had it for about 18years and due to illness and age has not be driven that much. It has 6mths rego and knowing how meticulous he was the car would be in exceptional condition.

If you could take some pictures, that would help us to accurately value on the car. I reckon if it's really clean you could get up to $4000 for it. What is the colour of the car?

The car is an EL. I can't remember the colour as I have not seen it for a while, but I will contact the deceased owners son this week for some photos. The car is in Brisbane. One thing I will say again, this car would be in perfect condition.

I have now more information and about the Fairmont Ghia. The vehicle is plated May 1998, bought as a superceeded model and 1st registered Janurary 2000. It is one owner, always under cover, as said before low kilometers (77,219klm), the deceased owner was meticulous with the way this car was looked after and the colour is white. If anyone is interested PM me for the deceased owner's son phone number. You can then discuss the price and where it can be seen.

Has it been in an accident? Looks like the airbag has been replaced.
Lovely the cars the EL. Possibly the best looking Falcon. |

Tidy as. Headlight switch and steering wheel in that condition, are nearly extinct in the wild.
The airbag looks different to the steering wheel, because it is a leather wheel. Being a Fairmont Ghia. |

What details do you require? More picture might be a bit hard though.
