Default Help with a price

hey guys,

just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the following....

my cousin who has a holden ute...older model like VS etc.... and after some convincing from me, he is lookin at a BA XR8 ute...

apparently the ford dealer where he is, has a few brand new 1's, for $42,000...

now that sounds cheap for a new Xr8.....considering turbos are like $46k aren't they?

now, from what ive been told, its a 2004 model, so im guessing that this dealer has some left over series 1 BA XR8's and is trying to get rid of them to make way for some mkII?

i just need to let my cousin know if its a good price etc, so i thought i'd see what everyone thought.

thanks in advance
Dez
