I just found the bag that mine came in with the number on it yay! The part number is TAUTVE9A624A. That is for the snorkel off the AUIII T series. They call it a Tube air cleaner intake. I paid $30 for mine.

$41.40? Hmm.. that's a bit of a GST, but then again, I purchased this intake for my AU1XR8 about 2 years ago and paid $17.80 from Ford.

At least your not stupid enough to pay $100+ dollars for a used one like the idots on eBay. There's one selling for $70+ dollars ATM with a couple of days to go. Idiots!

edit: Click here for above mentioned eBay auction. Again, idiots!

$28.50 is the List Price - the List Price is not what you are charged.

Some poor bustard by the user name "bigblockbourbon" just won that item. Just told him the good news. You can buy it from your friendly local ford dealer for $30.00 -$45.00. silly buggers.

It may do. The airbox mod I'm gonna attempt will help the cause, I suspect.

Yep. I have an AU1. The spaces where you screw the part in are the same on all sixes.

Ahh, you might get a little more throttle response at best. Dont be expecting much from a $30 part. Its a good mod to do though simply cos anything you can do to get more air in there is a good idea - and the Tickford snorkel is bigger than the standard one.

You also get some nice Ticky wings in your engine bay py:.
