Default Attention interstate Summernats attendees

Do yourself a favour and pack some WARM clothes...
Some friends turned up yesterday from the Central Coast, and they didn't pack sufficient for last night, standing around outside. :

Yep do that. It's been the coldest Canberra summer in a long time.

I think the outside temp the other day was about 17-18. Perfect conditions for those vehicles with forced induction :

Yep should hopefully see some big hp on the dyno if these low temps keep up.

It is just a little chilly and windy at night time atm.

Heh. Just about all the Summernats I remember, including one where I stupidly took my XWGT to one year (where I found out that sitting on 130kph on the highway in high winds meant a lot of freezing air in the cabin and I was in shorts and a t-shirt) has been absolutely freezing on the way down, overcast when I arrived then beaming sun at around 11. This was back when Summernats was between Christmas and New Years, so back to Sydney for NYE and I'd have a completely red face and white patches around my eyes where my sunglasses were. :
