Default 302 windsor in xf

so i was reading another thread today and the guys there are talking about 302 windsors in xf just wondering what the legal requirements are here in good old vic and how hard it would be to do this conversion

An EFI 5 litre from any model from EB onwards wouldn't be too difficult. If you went with a carbied 302 it would have to run on straight LPG to pass emissions.

Been done successfully numerous times, 1TUFXF is the example that comes to mind. There is a Street Fords edition that has the buildup of that particular car in it, I also know the owner.

At the moment i just brought my second xf it has a 302W in it on straight gas but has cancer pretty bad, so i going to do a eng swap with my other xf ute the conversion isn't really that hard to do the gas set up can be a pain but.
