Default Drink Holder Spring Help

Hey Guys...

I need some help. Can someone please take a photo of how the spring is placed for the little drink holder? I can't seem to get it in, the right position?

Thanks

I'm having trouble visualising exactly what you want, but if you can elaborate (small words only please, it's late!!) then I'd be happy to take a happy snap for ya.

Thanks private. I need a shot of a console, upside down. So I can see how the spring sits in, for the drink holder.

Cheers

Sorry mate, probably won't be pulling mine out any time soon. I was assuming it was just a pic from the top!

I think Miss Aly had a complete console out of car ready for sale ... might be best asking her for a pic if possible.

LG,

I'm home from work today, woke up at 5am dizzy as all heck.

I'm feeling quite groggy and need to go to the doc later in the day. Perhaps if the dizziness subsides late arvo, I'll pull mine out and take a pic for you.

No promises though, I need to rest up so I can get back to work tomorrow.

Cheers,

GK

That's what happens when you get up at 5, lol. Hope you're OK.

LG - what's the problem with your spring? It basically can only go in one way and is held in by a screw, IIRC.

Woken up by the 10 month old! LOL!

I'm sort of used to that, it was the dizzyness that surprised me!

The doc says, ear/throat infection and the flu! So down the hatch with all the pills LOL!

I dont think it is held on by a screw. The metal spring, just sits there. I just don't know which way it goes on. And the ways I have tried, it doesn't sit right, and retract the cup holder properly.

I should've paid closer attention, before I took it off. lol.

Too bad my new phone doesn't video conference, otherwise I could help you remotely. I can't really undo mine either, so here's hoping GK might be able to help.

GK - that's no good. Something you caught at school, no doubt!
