Default anyone else with a G&D intake

anyone else with a G&D air box have this problem with the k&n filter?





anyideas how to stop it happening again when my new one comes in ?

I've got the same setup but no problems at all.

Actually, can you explain the problem as I'm not really seeing it.

Haha, funny thing that, Matt at G&D noticed the split rubber when I picked the ute up, don't know how it happened but had to get another one. After a closer inspection at home I think tha fact that their is nothing holding my intake pipe up mite have put some strain on the rubber piece just after the clamp, not 100% sure though.

Yes i had this problem twice the second time Matt fixed this with a new non taperd metal tube that fits in the rubber section and clamps perfectly. Never had this problem again. I'll post some pics latter today.
