a friend & i have heaps of 440 chrysler stuff & he also has a rs 2000 2 door escort , were thinking about putting my motor & 727 box & borg warner diff parts in his car ? Q what sort of diff is in mk 2 escorts ?

Not a Borg Warner, a little one that wouldn't last 2sec behind a big block. The borgy is probably a bit on the light side but in an Escort the wheelspin would help protect it!
