Im not 100% but i think there is a screw under the little cap that allows the door trim to be removed....

james is on the case.. It is only a cover over the access hole to get to the 10mm bolt under it

Yep, Carsik & Racecraft are spot on. I think the T series cars had a T logo stuck to that plug so it looked a bit better.

T-Series had a "T" badge there. Fairmont Ghia's and Fairlane Ghia's had a "Ghia" badge there.
The window winders were on the speaker grill.
