I'm trying to remove the front door trim from an AU Futura however i can't seem to work out where the last screws are hidden. I've found the 2 on the bottom of the trim, and 1 on the side. The bottom of the trim is now loose, however i imagine the door handle area is holding it in somehow?
Could somebody please tell me where the final screws are! Thanks! |

there is one in behind the plastic door handle, and one under the electric window switches. I will try to put a photo up in the enxt half an hour

ok, i took some pics. I used a butter knife to pry the handle cover and window switch out. ANd here are the pics!

And be careful not to break the back edge off the window switch like i did lol.

The next problem is trying to work out what's wrong with these power windows

whats wrong with your power windows, easiest to start off by pulling apart the switch and cleaning the contacts

If they are slow or not going at all, I buy a tyre blackener (silicon) pad, and slide it between the rubbers. Refreshes there look, and makes them slide like new.

They just pop out ... once the plug is off the bottom of the switch contacts you can clean them easily ... also the individual switch pop out of their place as well.
Just make sure when reseating the plug/connectors that you put them on the right switch :hihi:
