Default Selling a car (NSW)

I'm just about to sell my ute and it will be going to QLD. I just wanted to double check that I have got all the paperwork etc I need;

I know I will need:

Notice of disposal (which I will lodge online the moment it is picked up)
Signed certificate of registration which the buyer keeps
A written declaration of sale stating my name, drivers licence number, details of buyer and price paid
Copy of buyers drivers licence

Is there anything else I need for my end? Im fairly sure there isnt but I just want to double check.
Thanks

lodge that notice ASAP and as long as you have a letter detailing the transaction (all the details you mentioned) you'll be fine

might not be necessary but a witness signature from buyer and seller for confirmation of sale?

Not necessary but certainly a good idea.

Just in case there's any disputes about dates of sale in case of fines accrued etc. I've done it with every car except the xr6 always helps.
