Default Face tingles after retune.???

I was just wondering if anyone here gets the sensation of tingles in their cheeks or face when they are accelerating? I have put new plugs etc etc and the car just gives me this feeling when I accelerate. It feels quicker.
Does anyone else get these sensations?
