Default Xr 50 body kit headlight mounting?

does anyone have any experience with this type of kit?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Tickford-XR50...item2a102b4473

how do the headlights mount on an AU xr, to the bumper? or to the body? becasue there is no obvious way that the headlights mount to the bumper on the one above.

what bits and peices will i need to make this bumper work on a non xr au?
