Default Is the cam XR270hr same as XE270hr

Just looking at cam upgrades an was looking up the xe270hr but see there's a lot of XR270hr is anyone familiar with this cam....it's a crane cam ....

Ok it seems the xr270hr is for carburretted 302ci v8s an the xe270hr is efi...
which specs are better for overall performance out of the xe270hr an a 2030 crane cam an which is better for 1.6 rr
