Default Warrenty Claim

Hey guys

Just wanted to ask a quick question
the clock is up to 45000 in the xr6 so it up for its service.
but i have a slight knock in the steering and brake shutter now the problem is that when i brought the car i was told the car had a full service history.

i looked in the log book and none of the stamps have been put in, however it has been serviced at another ford dealer ship they have also said they have all the invoices for it.
i have asked a few times now for them to be sent to me be but nothing.

so my question is if i take the car to my local dealer and say to them another dealer has all the history would this be acceptle for warrenty issues?
