Default 03 XR6T Ute Rotor Upgrade

I was referred by another member of the forums, How much would it set me back to have a set of replacement front and rear slotted rotors with new pads including postage to 6168? Also, how much would it cost for the same items but drilled and slotted?
Cheers
Shane
