hey guys mate of mine was unfortunetly injured whilst riding on sunday was clipped on Western ring road by the standard ignorant motorist, haven't seen him but he suffered few breaks and back injury but at least his had full protection so no head injuries or road rash thankfully.

as rider my self it makes u wanna carry an chain or axe to swing freely at the stupidity and blindness of drivers not all riders are reckless.


so PLEASE take that moment to check for riders we can be difficult to see at times
