Apart from that, do you mean to tell me that if someone cut you off catching you by surpise that you would drive into them, chances are you would try to avoid them so as not to damage your own vehicle or aide them in causing an accident.

that dont change the fact that you made an assumption with regards to this event,by the way I have held an unrestricted HR license for a few years now,and know exectly what you mean,but that dosent mean that happened here,Im inclined to take media reporting on these issues with more than a grain of salt.
