Exclamation water restrictions SEQLD

Well SE QLD has been given the news of the level 5 water restrictions the other day and what they entail. I have been wondering since I heard that cars cannot be washed at home if anyone has used the waterless washes either by someone coming out to do it or buying the product from one of the auto places? and if so what is it like eg: good job/bad job and would you use it again?
I think that you can take your car to a car wash but it's still pretty expensive and only going to get worse.
