Ok ill try and explain the problem im having as best i can.
When driving the car with coolant in if the car is between 70-85deg and i take it to 6400rpm the car is fine and also driving it normal is also fine, get the car up to 92deg and take it to 6400rpm and the thing ****es out coolant from the overflow while she is reving hard, temp stays on 92deg. it will loose 500mls in a 6400 in 1st and then 6400 in 2nd and 6000 in 3rd. And as you can guess once she cools off the coolant is low. Now this is the TWIST it doesn't i repeat DOESN'T do this with just plain water in the system and has me stumped. -I have a new radiator which seemed to have a weap and now stopped but may still be an issue -Pump is 10000kms old -has a 160 thermostat -have tried 2 ford caps and 2 aftermarket caps and same issue. I also pressure tested the cooling system at work and i took it a few psi more and its all fine. Looking for some Help here please.
