A T series would be no different to a XR8 for a daily, other than killing its resale (whats left of it anyway).

Was the insurance that much different?

I find it hard to justify a V8 while you are under 25. I went to get a quote for a V8 XH ute, the best I could get was $1500 pa. Stuff that, not worth it at all; and thats with a perfect driving record! (Im 24 BTW...nearly there!)

My car mightn't have the note (although its good for a six), but its only costing me $520 full comp pa; bargain considering XR6's are alot more than that!
