Sales - Automotive Industry

An opportunity exists for a customer focused Salesperson to join our internal dynamic sales team based at Dandenong VIC. Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket and a sound knowledge of automotive parts and service products is a distinct advantage, however National Parts the leading nationwide wholesaler will consider candidates from outside the industry.
We would expect the successful applicant to possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responding to telephone and fax sales enquiries
• Provide parts interpretation
• Raise and process sales orders.
• Follow up on deliveries, order status, customer service and related issues.
• General sales administration

The successful applicant requires:

o A pleasant telephone manner
o A high standard of customer service
o Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
o Efficient keyboard skills
o Good organisational skills
o Be self motivated.
o Possess a team player outlook
