hi guys
well, my Sundowner got over the pits first time, so now its legal in WA - the licensing guys kept a set of my old 70's style plates from a de-registered car of mine, so the car looks super original - much better than new plates on a 79 Sundowner! Now, the point of this thread ... my problem is the opposite of Matt's - my reverse lights won't go off! Luckily it happened after I left the licensing centre. I took the lead off the switch at the gearbox end and they still stayed on. The only thing I can think of is that I might have damaged the wiring when I screwed on the rear licence plate ... a weekend job, but any advice greatly appreciated! cheers fjw |
