Default ED xr6 questions.

Hey e series members im new the the site, i get my p's early september this year and either way ill b purchasing a falcon wether it eb, ed, xr6, ef.
Im current interested in purchasing a 93 ed xr6 as my first car, with the new "hoon" laws im only aloud drive car 200kw max in power im sure you know about.

I been told its running pacemaker extractors and 2 3/4 mandrel bent system.
My question is will it go over the 200kw?

And what would be the things to look out before purchasing the car.
I have some base knowlegde into cars being a passion, and always wanna learn more.
