We all know the current fine system
< 15 kph < 30kph < 45kph > 45kph But what if they introduced an extra one... > 60kph, fine, + weekend trip to jail. Would this turn people off going 60kph over the limit? The reason I suggest/ask this, is that there is no need for 60kph over the limit. Some people can try to justify the rest of the speeds, but 60kph+ is not justified... Your opinions?
