Default Cams for the AU i6

OK, I searched and didnt come up with anything. :
So, question, what cam are you running in your AU?
What specs should I be looking for in a cam?
I dont really care if it farts and stalls in traffic and at the lights, as 99% of my driving is either on the highway, or at 2 in the morning when there is no traffic.
I am after a good midrange and some good power up top.
Not too worried about down low, as once the cam is in, Im getting a stall matched up to it.
Also, what else, other than the cam will I need to run it?
I will be using the CAPA flash to tune it, but I mean other things like vernier gears and valve springs.
Thanks for the help guys.
