Default Insurance - advice please

I've just contacted AAMI, because I am moving to the west of Melbourne, they want to put my premium up another $100+. This is strange, becasue the car is now parked in a block of flats, under the flats, which no gates, or door. Where I am moving to, it will be parked in a garage.

Anyone recommend an insurance company? I'm not real keen on paying $890 a year.
