Default Ford dealer servicing - do they wash your car?

Hi,

I've just has my Ford Focus serviced for the first time and was surprised that despite them having it from 7:30am to 5:30pm they didn't throw a bucket of suds over it or give it a quick vacuum and deodorise.

I've has this done each service from Toyota and VW in the past.

Do some Ford dealers do this? Or is it a Ford policy not to?

Cheers,

MK
