It almost seems these days that even if your broke with no cash, nowhere to live, nothing to eat etc etc, then you might as well comit a crime and get caught !/ Then goto jail and get free meals , foxtel , internet, sheeze more than the adverage tax payer has !. This system has lowered itself to rewarding people for being lazy and scumbags / what a joke !....  :
