Hi guys,
I did a search but could not find a firm answer, maybe someone here can help or point me in the right direction. I am currently in Sydney but am looking to move to Vic in about 3 years. A mate of mine has a capri with all the hard stuff done (Brakes, 9in, C4, Chassis kit and very mild 302), this car is now all but useless here in NSW but seeing as I am moving, is it still possible to get this car engineered in Victoria when I move? (assuming the laws don't change in that time). I have always wanted a Capri but prices are stupid now, this way I can work on it slowly and build it the way I want (will convert to manual). Any help/advice muchly appreciated, please no guessing, I'm after firm confirmation, maybe a contact number for a good Engineer in Vic so I can call to discuss, or is there a Vic Roads technical line I can call for confirmation? Thanks heaps Cheers Dennis |
