Default Insurance repairing your car

I seen on the TV the other day, with insurance companies. what they can do, and are getting a way with. and how they can go about repairing a car.

It was just like it is in the building trade. these days!
A lowlife creations at the top. treating every one like trash. and playing games with people. they have learnt these cunning tricks and use them to there full advantage.
Tradesmen are forced to work as if they were just a laborer. and have to accept the way the builder or daft supervisor wants it done. even if it's down right stupid.
I can not tell anyone as a contractor, that there work is substandard and to correct there work. it just falls on deaf ears. and then they play games with you with empty promises that it will be done.
If you don't do it the way they want it done, you will not get the job.
Years ago a builder would go off, if some one did some thing stupid or shoddy and 3 rd rate. now they want it done the cheapest way possible. and have a set price and will not pay a cent for extra for work done in preparing there shoddy 3 rd rate work, for it to be of a standard, fit for starting my job.
No wonder people end up haveing to join the unions. :
