I'm going to be removing my front hubs due to wheel bearing noise
I've read the GREAT how-to by ronwest, but one thing still bothers me The hub nut with the strange (lock?) washer (that wraps around the nut) pictured below...(The bit I put RED LINES on) Do you just use a socket that fits over the whole thing? or do you need to remove the outer casing pictured? Also, is this nut re-usable, as in ronwest's pics it appears he has reinstalled the old nut with a new hub any help appreciated thanks Keith Last edited by kcej; 30-04-2010 at 11:28 PM. |
