Default fined!?!

just wandering as i have been done for not indicating a few weeks ago.should i take it to court and plead guilty and get off scott free -get legal aid first der, couse i have 2 months of trade school coming up thats my real excuse ,the coppa told me to do that and it should be sweet ,get off on good behaviour i think she said

whos done this b4

im on that 12 month dont lose a friggen point or else thing ,which started 2 days after i got the fine ,so i may get off with no fine as the cop said.
