Default Rear Bumber and Boot -- How much?

Had a woman run up the back of my series 3 LPG sedan today (we were the only 2 cars for at least 2km around!) so I'll have to run round and get repair / replacement quotes on monday. Might turn out to be a cash jobbie not an insurance one...

Just wondering, what price range is reasonable for an exchange or new painted bumper? I just need this sorted with as little fuss as possible -- don't have time to sift through pricing crap.

The plastic absorbed the damage, so it's all scratched and has little fractures, but is there anything else I should check for in regards to damage? The bumper now sits a little lower than it did this morning, but is still attached.

And if they're going to be mixing the paint up anyway, I figure the boot needs a respray so how much should I offer them in cash to do that?
