the wife dropped 40kg over a some months and now at 70 kg is very healthy
I dropped from 138 to 118 in 5 months which with a body fat of 15% is also very good , my bmi is over 30 but considering the muscle mass I don't care , diet is 90% of it and some weight training the rest ( I am 192 cm tall though)
