Default Focus Cabin Filter

I have an LV Focus Zetec and was surprised when I asked Ford for the Cabin Filter part for the car and after looking up the VIN was told that there is no cabin filter.

I ordered a cabin filter from Puravent.co.uk and fitted it myself.

The procedure is as follows:
- Drop the fuse box from the passenger footwell
- Remove all plugs from the fusebox so the fusebox can be lifted out
- Remove the fusebox bracket from the firewall
- To the right, in the centre console is a black plastic rectangle with 4 screws. Remove it
- Fit cabin air filter
- Refit in reverse order

If you want to buy one in Australia, you can go to a Volvo dealer and order a cabin filter for a C30, S40 or V50. It is the same part.
