Default Annoying sound when LH side of car loaded up :(

G'day,

Annoyingly, my car has developed a repetitive squeak from the LH side when the suspension is loaded up (does it with a car full of people and/or when turning right). I'm not certain if it is coming from the front or the rear (i think it may be from the front), but when driving with the windows down i can hear it loudly echoing off nearby buildings/landscape, I'm positive it has something to do with the wheels as its frequency increases with speed. I've had a look under the car and checked out if somethings clashing as the wheel/s turn but i can't find anything

Anyone experienced this in there AU or know what it might be? Its something i want to get on top of asap because the noise is very loud

Car is an AU3 XR6 VCT (so has IRS if that makes a difference).

Thanks!
