Sorry to hear about your problem. It's always a risk that something like this can happen when others are minding your things. It's good that you've got through all the channels to contact the person who organised the removal. Hope they call you back and you don't have to keep chasing it up. It's hard to get a call back about anything these days. Good luck, and I hope your friend resolves their situation as well!
