Default Hypothetical - $10,000 to spend on a quick car

Hypothetical - $10,000 to spend on a quick car...

I am curious about this - and want to know opinions please...

Lets say you have $10,000 to spend on a quick car...
By quick - I suppose the main measure is something that would qualify as a 'hoon' car... 1/4 mile street dragger, high kw/hp, as fast as you can get for $10,000...

Here's the rules...
Car has to be for sale now (post the link from where you find it)
Modifications can be also added - but have to be listed in detail and priced (realistically - but not written quotes or mates rates/DIY...)

So for instance if you can get an EF XR6 for $5000 and turbo it for $2000?? Something like that

Very interested to see what anyone can come up with.... I'll be posting mine shortly...

P.S. This is only for Hypotheticals/Fun.... no need to argue or get serious...
