Hey guys, as the title suggests I am having trouble jump starting the XR8 after it's been in the garage gathering dust for the last few months.
I correctly hooked up the leads to my FG XR and left it idling for a few minutes and attempted to start it. It went from completely dead to attempting to fire, just the clicking of the starter, and fuel pump primes but it won't turn over. I left the FG to idle for about ten minutes, revving it occasionally and still no joy. The battery was replaced in December and the leads i've got are 200 amp with the surge protection. Any ideas? |
