Question Escort MkI Advise Needed

Hi all,
I've just recently bought a 1975 MkI Escort 1300 4dr XL. The two front seats are pretty tired, can I swap them out for MkII seats easily (eg same bolt hole fit ups etc???)
Also should I be putting any LRP (lead replacement product) into the tank once in a while, what with it being a fairly old motor and all that? Also what weight of oil is recommended for these engines?
This is my first 'old car' project and have a fairly good idea, but just thought I'd post my questions out to some experts for confirmation.
Cheers,
Scott
