Rear calipers are not something you want to be working on, they are a major PITA!!! Fronts are easy but I took the easy route and took them to a major overhauler (Repco Brake & Clutch - Industrial division). They stripped, bead blasted, machined and re-assembled accordingly. I then finished them off with 'grey cast iron' paint.
