Default Ex-pressed steel panels - anyone used them.

Howdy, just found this website http://www.steelpanels.co.uk/index.html

Looks like a godsend for capri (and other) body repairs. Does anyone have any experience with these body repair panels? Would they be as simple as cut old section out, cut new section to fit, weld panel in? Or is it not that simple? Also, how good and accurate are they?

Are there any alternatives out there? I am no metalworker so I can't fabricate panel sections myself that would look any good. Would it be wiser to just go to a pro?
