Arrow EL Falcon leaking fuel from regulator

Found my little issue regarding startup, the rail/reg is leaking. It seems to be coming from the regulator and looks to have a gasket or O'ring sealing it to the rail,is this correct.

I have removed throttlebody etc and when primed I can quickly run around and see/feel the leak coming from the reg area, you can also here a pshht sound for a little while whilst its releasing what pressure is left in system.

So,does it sound like im on the right track with the reg leaking?

BTW,we are loving the ride in this carI keep finding replaced/better parts throughout the car,saw the new nolathane front end in it today.

Cheers guys and gals
