Question Info for Capri RS 3100

Hi everybody,
A know of a Capri RS 3100 that might be going for sale at some point in the future but have only seen photos. I would like to know what it's value would be in it's current state, as I dont want to get ripped off or buy something overpriced when it goes on sale. The only info on the car is that has some minor rust around the bonnet (repairable) and the paint is a little flat but other than that the car is very straight. The interior is in good condition but has a lot of dust, the engine is intact but hasn't run for years, and it doesn't have it's original front bumpers or factory wheels. That's all the info I have.
What do you Capri and Ford lovers think that it would be worth and is it worth looking at?
