Default Different menus depending on browser?

Hi. I normally use Google chrome and the menu across the top of the page is as shown " User CP Gallery Brochures Tech Resources DTC's Timeslips FAQ Members List Calendar Search New Posts Mark Forums Read Open Buddy List Log Out"
But if I use Internet exploder I get "User CP Gallery Brochures Tech Resources DTC's Timeslips FAQ Members List Calendar New Posts Search Quick Links Log Out
The order is slightly different and "open buddy list" is replaced by "Quick links", Is there any way I can have Quick links on chrome? Cheers MD
