Default pics in parts sale section

Ive posted many pics and know how too do it..
My problem is-I'm trieing too sell extractors in spareparts sales.
When i start new thread-there is No Additional options at the bottom off page-so i can attach files "Manage Attachments" button,Ect...
just a insert image button where u write ,what parts are..No good for me,Htty stuff...
