depends on where you are.....in South australia you are required to submit a "generative capability" form upon first request to become a small power generator to ETSA

I.E. if you originally applied for a 3 kilowatt system then that is all you are allowed to generate.....I would phone ETSA and find out how much you originally applied for and ask what the penalty would be (if any) if you expanded that system
