not sure about "shouldn't matter how it looks" mate.......solar is up there for the long haul...15 to 25 years are some of the figures bandied around even a slight amount of movement X friction X time = trouble
I tidied up a few areas on my install but I really think it should be done properly in the first place.....sloppy install = sloppy???? the junction box should have been at least screwed to the beam.....cable ties are prone to breakage, cables left dangling are a fire risk
