Default Factory wiring diagram - EF mid series sound?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram, including pinouts, for an EF with mid series sound? I have here a deck out of an NF lane, along with the stacker - I have one of the connectors, can match those wires up ok, but there is an additional connector, which presumably is for connecting either the amp or the rear speakers - i need to know the pinouts!

Also, were steering wheel audio controls available on EF/EL models, or was that only introduced on AUs?
